🕗 Oras: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
👥 Edad: 15–80 years old pataas
📄 Dalhin: Kahit 1 Valid ID
📄 Para sa 15–18 years old: Mainam na magdala Ng kopya ng Birth Certificate
