Empowering Solo Parents
Irisan Barangay thru Kagawad on Social Services Esther Litilit and Irisan Solo Parents Association in collaboration with the City Social Welfare and Development Office – CSWDO Baguio City conducted a capacity building session for solo parents on October 8,2024.
SWO I Anica Vacunawa shared positive parenting techniques while SWO I Mari Paulynne Petinez emphasized the importance of mental health awareness and stress management. RTC 2 Judge Modesto Bahul Jr. provided insightful guidance on RA 11861, the Expanded Solo Parents Act, ensuring solo parents are well-equipped with knowledge and support.
